when you finally let go of the past something better comes along.
in that case, i could be in the waiting room for a while.

sometimes i try to earn my spot on the shelf. i try to say all the clever things i can muster. try to find a stage and a microphone or an outfit so you will see me. and once you've seen me i try to make it worth your while. cause then you'll keep me around. and you wont throw me out of the life boat when we've run out of seats. and we will run out of seats.

handle it with care, its very fragile and should be used z'with caution. it goes too quickly and before we know it things in the future will be long in the past. dont stop for one moment, and dont think for too long because that may prevent you from being impulsive.
